Sue Firth
Susan has both Batchelor of Science and a Masters Degree, is a member of the British Psychological Society and the International Stress Management Association. Susan is a highly acclaimed international expert and keynote speaker on Stress and Stress Management. She regularly runs bespoke corporate and open programmes, workshops and seminars.
As a Psychologist Susan has developed a number of skills, principally observation and analysis of human behavioural patterns and throughout the course of her work she enables people to increase self-esteem and confidence by removing negative thoughts and changing long-held self-belief traits. Her style is engaging, motivating, sensitive and down-to-earth. Her refreshing approach and techniques are unsurpassed. Susan helps individuals and businesses become more productive, purposeful, successful and profitable. |
Susan works with a number of high profile clients, including Legal & General Assurance, Sun Microsystems, Vistage International and The Academy for Chief Executives. She is in the unique position of not only speaking to Chief Executives regularly about her subject but is a member of the Academy for Chief Executives and that gives her an incredible insight in to the everyday issues that Executives face.
She is a regular print and broadcast media contributor. Published articles and features have appeared in ILM Magazine, Edge Magazine, Psychologies Magazine and on Radio 4. |

Lesley Jefferson
Building on an earlier career lecturing in Management Development, Lesley has spent the last 10 years designing and delivering HR and learning solutions.
A key strength is being able to work at all levels in an organisation, moving her focus effortlessly from strategy and organisational outcomes to the detail of individual performance challenges.
Her warm and positive style is both direct and consultative, building long and productive partnerships in both public and corporate environments. |
Lesley is experienced in the design, delivery and assessment of management development programmes. She is a consummate coach who has added qualifications in clinical hypnotherapy to her portfolio. She regularly advises on stress policies for organisations including stress audits and running workshops.

Fiona Ivin
From an early career in education and national health promotion, Fiona has spent the last 13 years developing her own consultancy work. She specializes in re-branding and redefining individuals and groups at points of change.
She works to inspire others to increase their confidence, effectiveness and impact using a range of creative tools from the models in which she has trained. Whilst noted for her skills as a presenter, clients have also commented upon her unique ability to work with people one on one. She helps them find solutions that enable them to move their lives forward. She enables them to find value in their current situation to create fulfilment and success. She looks to remove the limitations we place upon who we are because of who we think we should be or who we may have been up until now.
